Host a flock party!

Want an alumni event in your area or for a specific group of UM alumni, but only have a few people? Plan a UM alumni gathering with our new event kit, Flock Box, and throw your own flock party!

Requests should be made 4-6 weeks prior to the event. Each request will be carefully considered. Priority is given to current alumni clubs and those interested in starting an alumni club. If you have any questions, please contact alumni@a220149.com

WE PROVIDE: (based on needs and approved request form)

  • Promotion of the event via social media and email.
  • Event kit containing nametags, event sign-in, swag items and other information
  • Swag items in kit will vary, but each will include door prizes and other items for guests.
  • Coordinate with the venue and plan the logistics.
  • Registration support. (If necessary, we can set up a place for event registration.)
  • Event guidance: input regarding scheduling the event, type of event, logistics, and more.
  • Based on the event size and location, a member of the Alumni Office/Advancement team or UMNAA Board may be able to attend the event.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:

  • Events must be planned at least 4-6 weeks in advance.
  • Be the on-site point-person leading up to and for the event.
  • Pick the date, time, and location for the event.
  • Coordinate with the venue and plan the logistics.
  • Handle check-in at the event.
  • Send list of attendees with email addresses to the Alumni Office within a week of the event.

These may vary depending on what type of event you plan. We can certainly offer input regarding when, where, and what if you would like. All event ideas must be approved before the Alumni Office commits to providing additional support.
